Leave oppressive
religion in the dust

Walking away from a f*cked-up church was the first step towards inner peace. Your next steps are just as crucial.

It's hard to know where to go after leaving a restrictive religion. Once you've "jumped ship," there's a whole ocean to navigate!

Plus, leaving the faith doesn't mean you've left behind the programming -- you know, that persistent voice in the back of your head that still wants to control you through guilt and shame...

You and I both know that you deserve a life that feels authenticfulfilling, and liberated. As a survivor of orthodox Mormonism with my own robust and unique spiritual practice, I'm here to say that #deconstruction is necessary, but that spiritual reconstruction is the real goal. Your path toward inner peace will look different from mine (isn't that awesome?) and I'd love to discover it together.

This is life-coaching with one goal -- your total spiritual liberation!

I love feeling like I'm not alone in this incredibly hard journey after leaving a restrictive religion.

When Scott spoke about how being our authentic selves is a gift to others even when they reject us... people need to hear him on that topic.

What's been most valuable to me is simply being validated in my experience and having someone to offer different perspectives and points of view.

It was a deeply spiritual experience. There was so much love... Everyone who attended the event came as strangers and left with a sense of belonging and community.
