Unlock inspiration and delight your colleagues
with transformative workshops for LGBTQ+ professionals

It's a tricky time to be queer in the workplace. Educating co-workers is just the start.

Despite the best of intentions, most DEI programming is based on educating the general population and only indirectly benefits marginalized employees. This can leave queer colleagues feeling misunderstood and under-appreciated.

My workshops directly benefit LGBTQ employees by inviting them into inspirational encounters with queer culture and community.

The workshops are based on Queer Bedtime Stories, a beloved group practice of reading aloud LGBTQ literature and poetry in a cozy, safe, and powerful group container.

I created Queer Bedtime Stories as a community service to create moments of calm amidst the chaos of 2020.  Since then, over 1,000 attendees have been comforted and reinvigorated by Queer Bedtime Stories at both online and in-person gatherings.

Rainbow-colored cupcakes and awareness trainings are simply not enough.

Book a workshop with me to inspire and empower the LGBTQ+ professionals in your organization.

RESULTS

Experiencing queer literature and poetry instills a deep sense of belonging and connection within the LGBTQ+ community.

Attendees report feeling closer to colleagues and appreciated by their employer after a workshop.

[Queer Bedtime Stories] allows colleagues to connect...as queer individuals with their own identities and experiences outside of the job.
